Rates & Insurance

Session Rates

  • Individual Therapy: $175 per 50-minute session

  • Couples/Families: $250 per 50-minute session
    Sliding fee scale slots are available on a case-to-case basis.

Insurance Accepted
Ferguson Counseling Group is currently in-network with:

  • PPO Plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum & Aetna

  • HMO Plans: Aetna

  • Medicaid Plans: Blue Cross Community Health & Aetna Better Health plans

For client’s who have insurance providers that we are not in-network with, we will provide something called a superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement. Be sure to check with your plan for details about your out-of-network benefits.

How to Check Your Coverage
Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?

  • What is my co-pay or co-insurance for outpatient mental health services?

  • Do I have a deductible, and if so, how much has been met?

Payment Info

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • HSA/FSA cards accepted

  • Credit/debit cards accepted

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed to you at the full rate as insurance can not be billed for missed sessions.
