Insurance coverage and benefits vary by individual plan. For plans we are not in-network with, we can provide a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

How to Check Your Coverage

Before your first session, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking:

  • Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?

  • What is my copay or coinsurance for outpatient mental health visits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, how much remains?

  • Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

We’re happy to help you understand your benefits, but your insurance company determines your coverage and final financial responsibility.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee, as insurance cannot be billed for missed sessions.
